Information you choose to share
This website has no enquiry form, account registration, file upload or online payment. If you contact Tom through WhatsApp, email or phone, he receives the contact details and message you choose to share. Start with your preferred date, hospital if known and the practical help needed. Please do not send medical records, passport scans or detailed health information in an initial enquiry.
How your information is used
Tom uses your enquiry to reply, discuss availability, agree the scope and fee, and coordinate the service you request. Your enquiry is not a subscription to marketing messages. If hospital coordination requires sharing information, Tom will first discuss what is needed and with whom.
Website and communication providers
The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the site. No advertising trackers or site analytics are currently enabled, and the site does not use its own tracking cookies. WhatsApp, your email provider and your phone provider handle communications under their own privacy policies. Opening a WhatsApp link sends the destination number and a general prefilled message to WhatsApp; you decide whether to send it.
Keeping and removing information
Enquiry and service correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to respond, provide agreed support and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask Tom to correct or delete information he holds. He will explain if any information needs to be retained. Deletion from third-party systems is subject to those providers’ policies.
